Job Description:

work. Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 3 months
of travel experience is required from any number of months. • 3
months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact
license (required for submission). • This role may require floating
to additional units and locations • COVID vaccination required
after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No
current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth
Care. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to
offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may
interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Required
Skills/Experience: 3-5 years MS experience Experience with insulin
and cardiac drips. Must be able to read Tele. Experience must be
short term acute care hospital experience Required Credentials:
Associate’s Degree or Certificate Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend; Holiday rotation On Call/Call
Back Requirements: None Floating Requirements: Candidate may float
to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as
needed. 9 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 3 years
(Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission 1 reference
from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required
