Production Incentive Our growing team is in search of a General
Dentist who is exceptionally qualified to take special care of our
patients. This culture driven organization believes that when
patients are the obsession, the rest falls into line. We also value
long term relationships (with patients AND the team!) which is why
we want all of our doctors to profit share or become equity
partners within 24 months. Our Equity Earn-In Program allows you to
become a mostly passive investor in your healthcare business as
well as an incredible clinician without taking out a loan that
might be larger than dental school debts or your mortgage. We are
currently seeking dentists for other growth opportunities and would
love your referral to a colleague! This is a full-time opportunity
with a base salary plus % of production. Benefits: Base pay monthly

license. Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Salary: $120,000.00 -
$150,000.00 per year base plus productivity incentive pay.
