Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,900 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53215! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: RN Surgical Services Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Evening Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 Years Recommended License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Knowledge of robotic systems, vascular procedures, general specialty. RN circulator experience with scrubbing recommended. Description: Must be knowledgeable about robots and vascular procedures. Experience in general specialty surgeries is essential. RN circulator experience with scrubbing is recommended. Team consists of charge nurses, leads, supervisors, and a manager. Patient ratio is 1:1. Required skills include neuro, ENT, and orthopedic surgeries. Experience with laminectomies, fusions, and discectomies is preferred. Familiarity with cranial surgeries, especially tumors and shunts, is desired. Basic ENT surgery experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with navigation systems is beneficial. Surgical specialties include orthopedic, general, vascular, laparoscopic, oncology, GU, and gynecological. Robot experience is required for certain surgeries, but training will not be provided. Cross-training to the general OR specialty is required. No floating to other sites or hospitals. Call response time is 30 minutes. On-call schedule may vary based on staffing needs. Surgical scrubs will be provided by the facility. Scrub caps are acceptable but must be worn under a surgical bouffant. Food options include a coffee shop and cafeteria on campus.
