Locum Tenens: Emergency Medicine Physician (Near Almond, WI) Are you a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Almond, WI? We're actively searching for a team of skilled and compassionate physicians to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients experiencing acute medical emergencies (ASAP - Ongoing). This locum tenens position offers the flexibility of scheduled clinical hours only, allowing you to control your workload while making a real difference in a dynamic environment. Temporary Privileging Available: We understand the credentialing process can take time and are happy to facilitate temporary privileges while your permanent ones are finalized. Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine (EM) is required. Active medical license in Wisconsin (WI) or an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced emergency medicine setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality, patient-centered care. An ACT 10 license (temporary Wisconsin medical license) is acceptable.
