the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Shift: 1st Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of
experience not specified License: Requires current state Registered
Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating
state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Certifications: - American
Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS)
or an approved equivalent. Must-Have: - Professional knowledge of
nursing theory and practice. - Clinical competence in the care and
management of target patient populations specific to the area of
employment. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for
an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This
individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a
primarily adult population. The role incorporates essential
functions adapted from the Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice.
The Registered Nurse will float as needed and is responsible for
providing care in a 30-bed unit focused on Hematology-Oncology and
