Job Description:

housing services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be

direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and
physicians, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard
of medical and personal care. You will work closely with patients
of diverse ages and backgrounds, attending to their medical needs
while upholding our core values of compassion, integrity, and
excellence. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records of patient care, treatment, and health outcomes. Administer
medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and
reactions. Perform routine nursing care to patients as needed,
following care plans established by physicians. Assist patients
with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating.
Facilitate communications between patients, family members, and
multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and
environment of support. Comply with health and safety standards,
maintaining confidentiality of all patient information. Proficient
in nursing best practices and core nursing skills. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with
patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to respond
effectively to emergencies. Adept in using healthcare software and
patient management systems. Empathetic and compassionate approach
to patient care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of
employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: IV
Certification.
