Evaluate patients' health conditions and craft personalized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions for pain management and mobility improvement Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and techniques to aid recovery Collaborate with other medical professionals to coordinate rehabilitation services and promote health recovery Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with healthcare regulations Proficiency in physical therapy techniques and equipment Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and treatment effectiveness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a multiplicity of tasks in a fast-paced environment Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license or certification in physical therapy CPR certified preferred
