Job Description Primary Care Physician – Chicago, IL Clinic Locations: Bellwood, Berwyn, Brighton Park, Chinatown, Elgin, Garfield Ridge, and South Side Compensation: $215K–$245K Base Salary Incentive Bonus Join an innovative, physician-led primary care network delivering high-quality, value-based healthcare to Chicago’s senior community.
