Job Description:

skilled and compassionate Mgr-RN (Manager-Registered Nurse) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. This leadership role will involve
overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and
aligning nursing operations with our mission to provide exceptional
health services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in
clinical practices, leadership ability, and a commitment to

stewardship, and community. Manage and supervise the nursing staff
to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to healthcare
regulations and standards. Develop and implement nursing policies
and procedures that reflect the organization's mission and values.
Evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching
to improve outcomes and achieve departmental goals. Coordinate with
other healthcare professionals to streamline operations, enhance
patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with health and
safety guidelines. Participate in recruitment and training of new
nursing staff, emphasizing continuous education and professional
development. Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives,
using data to drive improvements in care delivery. Leadership and
management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health
records Ability to mentor and inspire nursing staff Medical

Current RN license Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML)
