Job Description Location: Portage, Wisconsin FTE: 1.0 -
Full-time OPPORTUNITY: - Open to four or five days per week (32
patient contact hours required). - Average of 15-17 patients/day. -
Outpatient only with 1:8 telephone call only. - Actively developing
team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff). - Excellent
sub-specialty support. - Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws,
imaging, and physical therapy. - New graduates are encouraged to
