Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Cardiovascular Technologist - CVOR Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 8-hour variable shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday /n• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week /n• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility /n• Required to float to all Central locations if needed /n• On-call requirements: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 backup per week with 30-minute response time /n• Weekend and holiday rotation: every 3rd weekend with holiday rotation /n• 2 years of CVOR experience required, prior travel experience required /n• Required certifications: BLS, CST license preferred (AHA or ARC certifications required) /n• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree or Certificate preferred /n• Efficient in setting up operative suites for patients and going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available /n• Scrub surgical cases in various specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day /n• Work with 3 cardiothoracic surgeons handling approximately 50-60 cases per month /n• Required skills include cardiac/thoracic procedures and thoracic robot experience /n• Must be flexible, motivated during downtime, and willing to perform tasks like pulling case carts and cleaning /n• Any color scrubs permitted /n• Use Epic charting system /n• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours with possible on-call placement /n• Call back minimum of 2 hours when called back to facility /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization is a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services.
