We provide scheduling assistance, a beautiful, modern, office space, a steady stream of referrals, clinical collaboration, and employee status. Job Requirements: -Professional Wisconsin license - LCSW, LPC, Psy. D, Ph. D - LPC-IT and APSW not considered at this time -Experience in assessment, DSM V diagnosis, and treatment -10 client sessions per week availability for part-time or 24 client sessions for full-time -In-person availability, with some telehealth options (based on client demand) -Availability for hours 2 evenings per week or on one weekend day -Experience and desire to work with children or couples in addition to adult individuals -Attendance at monthly staffing and clinical consultation meetings -Excellent clinical judgment, strong professional ethics and boundaries -Desire and ability to work with individuals from diverse beliefs and backgrounds -Strong desire to continue learning and growing -Proficiency in completing session documentation in timely manner -Professional and responsive interfacing with referral sources and collaborating service providers Benefits: -W-2 employee status -401K with company match -health insurance option after full time status for 3 consecutive months -CEU cost reimbursement -Flexible schedule -Excellent work environment with support as well as independence -Strong referral stream -Office staff support for insurance credentialing, scheduling, and billing -Split fee commission with opportunity for commission increases -Commission range to start is approximately $40-$66 per session based on client insurance variables and will increase based on tenure and productivity Why clinicians choose Pathways Consulting: Established 25 year reputation in southeast Wisconsin Strong referral stream from hospitals, schools, and physicians Administrative staff handles billing, scheduling, and credentialing Supportive clinical consultation and collaboration Flexible scheduling and professional autonomy A typical clinician schedule may include: part-time: 12-15 client sessions per week full-time: 24-28 client sessions per week 2 evenings or 1 weekend day for client accessibility Flexibility to structure your own schedule Based on our current insurance reimbursement rates, clinicians typically earn approximately: $564-900 weekly at 12-15 sessions $1150-$1820 weekly at 24-28 sessions $29,000-$46,800 annually part-time $59,900–$94,600 annually full-time depending on caseload and insurance mix Actual income varies based on caseload, client insurance coverage, and clinician availability.
