Job Description:
The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care Come join our team and
start making a difference! We are looking for PRN LPNs! The Pines
Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short
Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of
beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a

in healthcare! Pay: LPN rate is $31-$34/hr. will include working
every other weekend Hours: Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 AM PRN PM: 2:00 pm
to 10:00 pm Job Responsibilities: Medication administration
Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents Applying
treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents Observing
residents and appropriately documenting Ability to care for
residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of
residents cooperation Follow safety guidelines Skills MUST have an
LPN license Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and
procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care In-depth knowledge
of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation,
decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
