Excellent quality of life Stable and growing group Generous benefits Salary up to $70,000 plus bonusOur client is a premier Catering company servicing the Greater Milwaukee Area that is looking for an exceptionally talented Executive Sous Chef. The company has been serving outstanding American Cuisine and Barbeque for over 20 years. This role will help to plan, manage, and execute food service and kitchen activities for large scale events ranging from corporate picnics, unforgettable weddings, gala's, or anything in between!If you are a reliable, hard working, and talented chef who is looking for a stable and growing brand, we want to hear from you! You will receive excellent benefits and competitive compensation, with salary up to $70,000 plus bonuses! Executive Sous Chef Duties: Oversee and assist in the execution of all kitchen duties and ensure optimum resource management and speed of service Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulations Track, record and replenish inventory as needed Contribute to tasting menus for clients interested in contracting the food for different events (wedding, banquets, corporate dinners, birthday parties, etc.) from their kitchen Executive Sous Chef Requirements: Proven working experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a catering environment or full service restaurant Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures Familiarity with menu costing procedures High level of creativity and reliability Communication skills Excellent record of kitchen and staff managementEoE - Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time offExperience level: 4 yearsPay rate: Yearly payShift: Day shiftSupplemental pay types: Bonus payWeekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekend availability
