As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations in one of our premier venues, ensuring seamless service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and sanitation. Manage and oversee the entire kitchen operation including direct supervision of all culinary staff Ensure consistency and adherence to food quality, preparation, and presentation standards in alignment with our unique brand standards Facilitate inventory management and procurement of supplies and food items ensuring cost efficiency and budget management Develop and innovate new dishes that align with local tastes and seasonal availability while supporting Geronimo Hospitality Group’s commitment to unique dining experiences Maintain standards for health, safety, and cleanliness across kitchen spaces, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and the importance of excellent guest experience Manage kitchen staffing including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-functioning culinary team Strong leadership and personnel management skills High proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines Excellent organizational and time management skills Deep understanding of health and safety regulations in food service Ability to manage inventory and create reports on kitchen productivity Medical Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Certified Kitchen Manager (CKM) by the American Culinary Federation preferable but not mandatory
