AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation
assistance is provided. Starting Salary: $23.73 - $26.10 (wage
commensurate with experience) Position Description: As a Project
Manager in our Qmlativ Migrations department, you will be
responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling,
and completion of projects between our current SMS software clients
that are transitioning to our Qmlativ software. You will apply
professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead
implementation teams to ensure that our current customers are

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones. Assign
tasks to appropriate team members and ensure alignment across
units. Make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand
requirements and goals. Identify and mitigate project risks; adjust
schedules as needed within budget. Prioritize tasks, meet
deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Resolve issues promptly and accurately. Foster a positive team
culture through collaboration and communication. Maintain high
standards of productivity, organization, and responsiveness. What
it takes: Dependable with strong organizational, reasoning, and
problem-solving skills. Committed to exceptional customer service
and satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication
abilities; thrives in team settings. Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general PC applications. Holds a two-
