If you answered yes to any of these questions--- it seems like we should have a conversation JOB PURPOSE: As an Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator of Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group, you have the ability to make an immediate impact. You will be working directly onsite with our team in Waukesha, WI (near WCTC). You will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of interviews and the management of the internal recruitment process for our client's businesses across the US. You will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Managers, and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire consulting process. This role starts out contract, but has the potential to transition to a permanent opportunity with KellyOCG for our top performers RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Managers to manage the wing-to-wing recruitment process for active requisitions Schedule and coordination of high volume of interview requests, with accuracy, while ensuring all stakeholders (Recruiters, Candidates and Interviewers) are kept informed of the interview logistics Navigate within multiple systems simultaneously including applicant tracking system Assist Hiring Managers with internal requisitions by reviewing & posting job openings and slating candidates Participate in project assignments, as required, to facilitate hiring initiatives or support local/global priorities for the Talent Acquisition function Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required Minimum 1 year administrative experience Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Internet Must have a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior and maintain high level of confidentiality Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in related field Minimum 1 year experience in business setting environment (staffing, human resources, or administrative support activities within a team) Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or in an HR Administrator role considered a plus.
