Holtger Bros., Inc. (HBI) is offering up to $3000 sign-on and working bonus for an aerial lineman with experience in telecommunications utility construction. HBI is a family-owned and operated telecommunications contractor that has been in business since 1946. We are based in De Pere, WI, and have employees that live and work throughout the state. Responsibilities The Aerial Lineman is responsible for telephone, CATV, and/or electrical aerial cable installation and must be knowledgeable in splicing and understanding general electronics of CATV amps. The Aerial Technician position will include operation of bucket trucks and/or climbing gear and requires cross training with laborer and equipment operator positions to supplement work when aerial is not available. Requirements -A minimum of one year experience as a telecommunications aerial technician -Ability to read and understand telephone and CATV prints -Willing to travel throughout the state (primarily Central and Southeastern WI) Monday-Friday and be home weekends -Insurance-acceptable Class A CDL Rewards Full Benefits Offered - Best in the industry!
