Job Description:
Full-Time Onsite with Paid RelocationOur Award Winning Client is
seeking a Field Service Manager to join their dynamic team. With a
track record of excellence and numerous accolades, our client
operates nationally and is committed to providing top-tier service
in various industries.Summary:As a Field Service Manager, you will
lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
and support in the food, medical, and consumer industries. You will
oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting regional revenue
goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate customer service activities, including
installation, service, and repair.
Manage projects and prioritize assignments to meet customer
demands.
Provide technical and developmental coaching to Field Service
Technicians.
Select and train qualified associates, ensuring alignment with
department goals.
Maintain a utilization rate of greater than 90% for Field Service
Technicians.
Operate within the annual expense budget and contribute to revenue
goals.
Stay current on industry trends and technology
advancements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or
related field.
2+ years of field service management experience or equivalent.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
High technical and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent customer service skills.Supervisory
Responsibilities:Directly supervise a team of 3-20 associates,
including hiring, training, and performance management.Work
Environment:The role requires frequent travel and flexible
scheduling to accommodate customer needs.Physical Demands:Must be
able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in various
