• Hourly pay: $60-$85/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)
• Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid (Must be onsite Tuesday through Thursday), Open to remote candidates in the United States, Candidates in New York, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale are preferred)

The successful candidate will develop and operate mission-critical services and applications used by customers and employees worldwide. The ideal candidate has six or more years of software engineering experience. The company offers a great work environment.Software Engineer - AEM Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are successfully executed meeting our standards for quality software engineering.
  • Design and ship a high volume of elegant code with the foresight to avoid performance, scalability, usability, maintainability, availability, and testability issues.
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest technologies and tools and leverage them to improve existing products and services.
  • Identify opportunities within the team for potential leverage and reuse by developing libraries, APIs, and shared services.
  • Assist in the onboarding and ramp-up of new engineers.
  • Contribute to the definition of product and technical roadmaps.Software Engineer - AEM Qualifications:
    • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Working experience in the development of Adobe Experience Manager applications.
    • Experience with AEM 6.5 is preferred.
    • Proven track record of developing large-scale, highly available services and systems in Java or Scala.
    • Working experience in building systems, databases, and Linux-based infrastructures.
    • Demonstrated understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
    • Demonstrated understanding of architectural models and the technology stack used for developing highly scalable and highly available web applications and systems.
    • Understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies.
