  • A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of recent US experience as a corporate/transactional paralegal in a mid-to-large law firm.
  • Recent M&A expertise and longevity in previous client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & ChromeRiver (preferred.)
  • Experience tracking billable hours.
  • Positive attitude and an appetite for professional development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and prioritize meeting conflicting and urgent deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Benefits:
