Hybrid Location: Chicago, IL Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Salary Range:
$225,000 – $260,000 base About the Opportunity Our client, a
leading national law firm, is seeking a Public Finance Associate to
join its team. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years (ONLY) of
general finance or transactional experience gained at a bank, large
law firm, or mid-sized firm. This is an excellent opportunity to
join a highly regarded practice and build your career in public
finance law. What You’ll Do ? Draft and review financing documents,
conduct legal research, and prepare memoranda ? Support
transactional matters with a focus on public finance , including
municipal derivatives and bond issues ? Communicate directly with
clients and contribute to managing fast-paced transactions What You
Bring ? J.D. and admission to the Bar in good standing ? 1–3 years
of general finance or transactional experience (required) ? Strong
academic credentials with excellent writing, analytical, and
interpersonal skills ? Ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines while delivering exceptional client service ?
