experienced Attorney with expertise in insurance coverage and
general liability to represent clients in a range of legal

Doctor) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to Practice

coverage - Strong understanding of general liability and casualty
law - Experience with premises liability cases - Proficient in
drafting legal briefs and motions - Excellent oral and written
communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities What You Will Be Doing? - Represent clients in court and
during legal proceedings - Draft and file legal documents including
briefs and motions - Conduct depositions and witness examinations -
Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients -
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients - Research legal
precedents and case law to support legal arguments - Collaborate
with other attorneys and legal professionals to prepare for trials
