SPEAKING Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and
motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate
will assist attorneys in various aspects of legal work, including
research, drafting documents, and managing case files, with a focus
on personal injury and divorce litigation. Key Responsibilities -
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal
proceedings - Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings,
motions, and contracts - Conduct legal research and gather relevant
information for cases - Maintain and organize case files and
documentation - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert
witnesses to gather information and provide updates - Assist in the
discovery process, including preparing and reviewing discovery
requests and responses - Ensure compliance with legal procedures
and deadlines - Translate documents and communicate with
Spanish-speaking clients as needed Qualifications - Paralegal
certification or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree in
Paralegal Studies or related field preferred - Experience in
personal injury and divorce litigation is highly desirable - Strong
research and writing skills - Excellent organizational and time
management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
legal research tools - Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken,
is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work
independently - For this position, you must be currently authorized
to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a
