The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Primary Duties: Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and packing slips Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment to the supervisor Qualifications: Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Basic math skills for counting and measuring products Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods A commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
