Job Description Job Description PrideStaff is currently seeking an Order Operations Coordinator for ahigh-growth, consumer goods company. This is a "corporate-caliber" position responsible for the critical transition point between digital order receipt and physical warehouse fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a systems-expert who ensures 100% accuracy for domestic e-commerce, international shipments, and high-volume wholesale accounts. Full-Time, On-site (Near Mokena, Illinois) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM (Overtime as needed) Pay Range: $22 – $25/hr (DOE) Core Responsibilities: - Platform Management: Oversee the daily order flow within Shopify and shipping platforms (Shipstation/Shiphero). Ensure all data is accurate before batches are sent to the warehouse. - International Logistics & Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert for international orders; prepare all required customs documentation and ensure compliance with global shipping regulations. - Wholesale Coordination: Manage the unique requirements of wholesale partners, including specialized invoicing, tracking, and adherence to specific routing guides. - Inventory Integrity: Reconcile inventory data across sales and shipping platforms to ensure real-time availability and prevent overselling. - Systems Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system-based order holds, platform glitches, or fulfillment discrepancies methodically. - Warehouse Liaison: Provide the warehouse team with organized daily batches and clear documentation to meet strict daily fulfillment deadlines. Technical Requirements: - E-commerce Background: 3 years of experience in order operations or e-commerce back-office environments. - Software Proficiency:Must have direct experience with Shopify. Proficiency in Shipstation, Netsuite, or similar ERP/OMS systems is highly preferred. - Logistics Knowledge: Proven experience handling international shipping documentation and wholesale compliance. - Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve complex order errors independently.
