Job Description:
Position Overview: Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of
company-wide purchase orders, ensuring data integrity and seamless
inventory flow from issuance to fulfillment. This role serves as a
critical cross-functional bridge between vendors, sourcing,
logistics, and merchant teams to optimize delivery timelines and
reconcile financial discrepancies. Will drive operational
excellence by implementing process improvements, managing
high-priority "Hotlist" inventory. Position Details: Work
Environment: At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face

You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the
option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer. What You’ll Do:
Responsible for category level pu rchase order management including
writing, issuing, revising, tracking, maintaining and canceling .
Execute the timely PO issuance in collaboration with merchants and
sourcing partners to ensure the on-time delivery for floorset dates
and resolve any exceptions Execute PO revisions to ensure purchase
order details are accurate based on the changes agreed between
Duluth and vendors. Execute market buy POs Execute PO and inventory
tracking and reporting as needed Communication with vendors and
Hong Kong Office for branded product buys for purchase order
Management. Problem-solving in any PO-related issues, including EDI
Work with the Logistics team on late or early delivery of POs and
communicate with merchants for actions. Monitor Hotlist POs cross
functionally Execute new vendor onboarding documents and set up
Support the generation of the vendors’ on-time delivery performance
report Acts as a champion of change readiness and process
improvement through implements new tools, ideas and ways of
thinking to create team efficiencies What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in field Equivalent work experience will be
considered 1 years of experience Planning and Forecasting system
experience Po system experience Reporting tools experience, as well
as Microsoft Excel Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to
evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into
actionable information to drive results; requires proficiency in
retail math Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use logic
and methods to solve problems with effective solutions Influencing
& Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions at all levels of
the organization that lead and influence others to action Systems
and tools Acumen: Advanced in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to
learn multiple inventory applications Collaborations: Able to build
constructive and effective relationships with cross functional
partners Authorization to work in the United States without
sponsorship. Physical Environment & Travel Expectations: Sitting is
required for 90% of working hours. Standing is required for 10% of
working hours. Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (ie:
typing) Occasional reaching, twisting, and bending. Noise level no
greater than casual conversation. Ability to perform work in
cubicle workstations or an office setting. Work in temperatures

center Position Compensation Outline Compensation Range: $23.00 to
$28.00/hour. Compensation listed is for the full-time position at
this specific location and is based on several factors, including
experience, and qualifications. Benefits and perks may have
