Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
blown film extrusion, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Set Up
Tech/Blown Film Extrusion Operator to join their team. As a
senior-level role, this position offers an exciting opportunity for

play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple
extrusion lines, maintaining high standards of product quality, and
mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work
environment. Job Title: Set Up Tech/Blown Film Extrusion Operator
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Pay Range: $19.50-$26.50 Shift:
Night Shift (18:00-06:00) What's the Job? Perform equipment setup
and startup for extrusion lines, bag machines, winders, printers,
and inline converting equipment. Ensure product quality by
monitoring production processes and minimizing material waste
(scrap). Adjust machine settings such as web guide, tension, width,
and other parameters to optimize performance. Supervise and provide
guidance to team members including packers, mixers, and other lead
operators. Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
adhering to safety regulations and GMPs. What's Needed? Experience
in maintenance, machine setup, and machine operation within a
manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the
ability to train and mentor junior team members. Ability to
interpret job orders and raw material specifications accurately.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation
practices. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous
