Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour ( Overtime after 40 hours ) 2nd Shift (High Demand): Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Saturdays as needed First shift availability is limited. Work Environment Refrigerated facility (approximately 30°F) Fast-paced production line Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Exposure to noise and airborne particles All required PPE is provided Position Overview Production Associates support daily food production operations. Responsibilities include packaging refrigerated food products , maintaining clean work areas, and supporting team production goals. No previous experience required — paid training provided.
