Job Title: CNC Machine Operator B - 2nd shift Compensation:
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1:30am overtime: 8 hour friday or
added time to workday CNC Machine Operator B Job Description: The
Numerical Control Machine Operator B is responsible for setting up
and operating numerical control (NC) machines to cut, shape, or
form metal parts according to precise specifications. This role
requires technical machining skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions in a
manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of
experience with CNC setup and teardown, be able to perform
measurement conversion math, and have the ability to stand and walk
throughout the duration of the workday. CNC Machine Operator B
Qualifications: 1 year of related experience and/or training
preferred. 1 years of experience with CNC machine operations such
as drilling, grinding, and milling High school diploma or GED
required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will
be considered. Proficient with hand tools and mechanical
operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical
drawings. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various
units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Solid math skills for accurate measurements and conversions.
Competent in translating instructions into CNC commands. Strong
problem-solving skills for production-related issues. Capable of
metric-to-inch conversions. Ability to address routine issues with
standardized solutions. Visual requirements include close,
distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the
