Our client, a leader in the food industry, is looking to add a 3rd Shift Sanitation team member to join their team. As a Sanitation employee, you will be part of the operations supporting a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Sanitation Location: Manawa, WI Pay Range: $23-$24 Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am What's the Job? Support Safety efforts and contribute to Safety Awareness on a daily basis. Maintain a “Food Safe” environment by performing detailed cleaning in various areas. Complete all required sanitation paperwork accurately and on time. Participate in improvement projects to support Continuous Improvement and Sanitation efforts. Report any pest and debris issues to ensure compliance with Food Safety standards. What's Needed? Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Willingness to participate in special sanitation projects as needed. Ability to mix sanitation chemicals safely for assigned tasks.
