Position Description A Line Liquid Sprayer determines the acceptable condition of parts and quality level required under the direction of the Production Line Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Department. Applies paint using conventional or electrostatic spray guns to various parts and objects. Cleans and maintains all equipment used. Critical Outcomes Produces a high-quality painted part Adequately keeps up with the pace of the production line Follows safety guidelines to prevent injuries Key Competencies Attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Focus on safety Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat and cold.
