Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas and we’re looking to add Inserter Operators to our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Lettershop Inserter Operators set up, operate, and maintain all Lettershop equipment. Responsibilities: Sets up Lettershop equipment according to job instructions Operate equipment in safely and efficiently Perform general and preventive maintenance on Lettershop equipment Work in a fast-paced environment Meet production goals Monitor the quality of work being produced Qualifications: Able to communicate well with other employees Able to proactively solve practical problems and troubleshoot Able to work as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED This full-time position includes the following benefits: Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan, with company match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Perfect Attendance Bonus
