Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we are currently looking for individuals to work in our Naperville location as Roll Tenders for all shifts. A Roll Tender assists the Press Operator in maintaining the quality and maximum production of printed material in a profitable manner. They report to the Press Operator and the Press Room Shift Supervisor. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobs Be able to lift 50lbs. Hang rolls of paper, fill ink fountains and keep the area around the press clean Make sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator Keep all tools organized and put away when not in use Complete daily production logs Communicate the status of jobs at shift change Install plates, blankets This full-time position includes the following benefits: Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match, subject to plan terms Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
