What You Will Do:
The Heart & Vascular Coordinator will perform program support
activities for department and leaders to drive quality of the
clinical teams and associated outcomes/registries. This individual
will make arrangements for appointments, meetings, seminars,
conferences, or travel. They will compose, edit, and relay a
variety of complex, confidential correspondence and documents. In
addition they are response to compose other routine correspondence,
forms and charts; compile and complete reports, statistical data,
charts, graphs and tables; and review and analyze reports to
determine appropriate action or refer to leadership for review.
You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Information
- Extensive software skills are required including proficiency in
excel, word and PowerPoint and data entry.
- Administrative experience in a fast paced environment, 3 years
of experience or more.
- Internet research abilities, strong verbal and written
- Requires strong organizational skills and ability to meet
