That's because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs-the human touchAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll manage equipment and process performance within a production area. You'll be responsible for day-to-day technical line support, troubleshooting of process/equipment/tooling issues, and leading operational improvements. This role will require effective problem solving and root cause analysis and defining and implementing corrective actions, to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Support production operations through troubleshooting problems, supporting maintenance, and ensuring equipment is in control Work in CAD and create new/modify existing production fixtures and/or tooling designs Implement/modify manufacturing processes, including through automation/robotics, to fulfill business needs Establish and maintain SPC to monitor and control process performance Create and maintain Operational Method Sheets (OMS) for the area Work with production associates to identify operational improvement opportunities for the process, tooling/equipment design, and maintenance Execute process and equipment validation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ and/or P, as needed. May assist in the development of protocols and reports Lead and participate in LEAN and Six Sigma workouts and projects Required QualificationsFor roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering Specialist. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).Desired CharacteristicsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related degree1-2 years of experience in a continuous improvement, process engineer, or manufacturing engineer roles in a manufacturing assembly environment.
