The Business Strategic Initiatives and Operations Manager works
directly with Sales Leaders to support business strategic
initiatives, including segment growth strategies, business process
improvement, and cross-functional implementation efforts. The role
will provide thought leadership, data analysis, and insights, and
work cross-functionally to identify the best resources and actions
to support high-priority sales & operational initiatives that
increase profitability and influence return on capital. The role
will be a key leader and team member on work efforts viewed as
critical by the channel and sales leadership teams.
Partner with senior sales leadership and internal teams to shape
and execute business sales roadmap.
Gather and analyze information across multiple data sources in
order to arrive at actionable recommendations in support Business
Create recommendations to direct workforce management resources to
ensure that workforce management strategies and tactics are in
alignment with budget expectations and that risks or issues are
proactively identified and mitigated.
Assess priorities, identify conflicts and recommend alternatives

Support Business strategic initiatives, including regional growth

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
3+ years progressively responsible experience serving in a sales
strategy, management consulting and/or corporate strategy.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Strong analytical and researching skills that enable the analysis
of key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.
Excellent operational and execution skills (planning, problem
solving, unblocking, etc.).
Proven ability to work as an integral part of a high-performing and
cross functional team.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with
the ability to operate and influence across multiple levels of the
