Overview:

In the role of Recruiting Program Supervisor, working in Waukesha, WI you will be part of the Corporate Human Resource team.

The Recruiting Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day hands-on program management and scaling of the Dealer Installer Pathway Program. This position plays a key role in creating a pathway for both passive and active candidates to be considered for employment by Generac's Dealer Partners. Candidates will support the installation of our Home Standby Generators. This position will manage relationships with our Dealers, internal stakeholders within the business group, as well as stay connected with the Recruiting team for best practices and tool adoption. The Recruiting Program Supervisor will develop the overall program, materials, and pathway to connect Dealers to candidates, through innovation and program management.

This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and works closely with Generac Dealers across the country.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Sourcing Strategy and Tools:

  • Create strategic sourcing methods, tools, and documented processes.
  • Develop and maintain a documented strategy, processes, and toolkit for candidate sourcing and ongoing candidate campaigns to build a Dealer candidate funnel.
  • Support Dealers with training on tools, day-to-day instructions, and overall tool support, including password resets.
  • Research and implement new technology to support an automated sourcing process for candidates to ensure ease of use for our Dealers.
  • Evaluate current internal tools to determine applicability to the program and stay connected with Talent Acquisition team for future tool implementation

Program Management

  • Develop and scale Dealer Pathway Program by partnering with internal business group stakeholders, Dealers, and Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage relationships, gather insights from data, and report out on overall program and Dealer success.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop robust marketing campaigns, which could include, commercial advertising, website and banner ads, social media, and printed advertising.
  • Ensure stakeholders are happy, remove gaps in the process, and create mechanisms to provide closed loop feedback and remove defects.
  • Develop program materials, job descriptions, and any other materials to attract a candidate pool.

Recruitment

  • Source candidates and execute recruiting campaigns.
  • Create partnerships and foster relationships with colleges and military organizations.
  • Participate in offsite Recruitment events, such as Job Fairs.
  • Recommend appropriate sources for advertising.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive work experience in full-cycle recruitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a metrics-oriented environment, with the ability to track individual recruitment goals and supporting strategic initiatives
  • 5 years of experience in sourcing active and passive candidates
  • 5 years of experience working with and improving recruiting processes
  • 5 years of experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with HR/ATS system implementations
  • Experience managing projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment including seasonal variation in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or by-products. The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and closed toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies.
