Additionally, he or she will be a strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative with discretion and judgment.Position Summary:-- -The Employee Experience Specialist creates an upbeat and welcoming experience during every interaction they have with our client--------s employees.-- --- -A day in the life in this role will include answering employee--------s inquiries via phone and email including but not limited to these topics: pre-employment screenings, remote new hire onboarding, virtual/webinar-based onboarding, HR policy and compliance support, payroll inquiries, benefits administration, unemployment claims processing, and general employment related questions and concerns. This role also includes the exciting opportunity to assist in tasks/projects for clients or even companywide projects that will continuously improve our processes. You--------ll play a significant role in the overall satisfaction of our clients and EmPower HR--------s status in the marketplace as a best-in-class HR service provider.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Provide stellar service to clients and employees by being responsive, timely, and accurate in all communicationsFully manage remote new hire on-boardings including pre-employment screening management, welcome phone calls and emails to new employees, coordinating, tracking, and collecting all paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, and assisting employees as neededAnswer and assist with any employee questions that come into the team via phone or email. Collaborate with internal resources and teams to provide accurate and thorough guidance and answers to employees and clientsFollow up with internal teams, clients, and employees on any open items in order to solve issues and provide excellent serviceAnswer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, employment practices, payroll, and basic HR administration work with rest of the team to ensure clients are satisfied with the service that is provided and that all requests that come through the team are responded to timely and accuratelyMay occasionally assist other business leaders with onsite client or employee meetingsUnderstand the clients various policies and practices in order to provide guidance and answer employee questions accuratelyPartner with team members across the organization in accomplishing team projects and process improvements**Locations**:-- -Milwaukee, WI; or Schaumburg, ILAbout Us:With EmPower HR, we--------ll take care of the day-to-day responsibilities of being an employer, so you can get to the reason you--------re in businessPosted: 14 daysBenefits:
