Summary of Position: Supervising and coordinating the activities
of the melt and pour department to ensure the department meets
quality, cost, productivity, and safety goals.

Ability to effectively coach, monitor, and discipline employees is
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good computer skills
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the
ability to multitask
Previous supervisory experience is a plus
