MRA - a premier learning and development provider - is looking for a take-charge person who likes to be "on the move" to serve as our Training Center Coordinator.

In this multifaceted role you will:
Coordinate day-to-day operation of MRA's Conference Center. This includes ensuring the professional appearance of the center, stocking caf-- supplies, coordinating schedule for internal events and rentals, maintaining appropriate room signage, arranging catering needs, and all other administrative and technical tasks that are essential to the successful operation of the center. Coordinates day-to-day operation of MRA's Conference Center.
Support the delivery of distance learning by serving as a producer for webinars; assist in recommending and implement learning technology solutions; assist with other training related activities including registrations and training promotions.

No two days will be alike in your responsibilities as you coordinate all aspects of MRA's conference center to ensure the best experience for participants, MRA staff and conference center rental customers.

Have exceptional customer service skills
Are an expert in the use of learning software and technology
Are proficient in MS Office Suite, or other e-Learning tools and learning management systems (LMS)

Education:
Post high school education preferred.

Training or Experience:
Successful hospitality/retail/customer service experience (2-4 years' experience)
Above average software competence using MS Office products
Experience with webinar technology
Outstanding planning and organizational skills
Ability to lead others and instill team atmosphere without having direct supervision
Enjoy multi-tasking involving customers' needs, facility issues and miscellaneous projects
Comfortable learning and using technical equipment
Excellent service delivery standards
Keen eye for detail
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
