Responsibilities: Maintain required records of work hours, budgets and other information. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage floors, fixtures and surfaces. Prepares cleaning solutions according to specifications. Perform or assist with general housekeeping duties, including but not limited to cleaning bathrooms, emptying and disposing of trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and washing windows. Supports the strategic planning process and may assist in initiatives to achieve the overall mission and vision of the organization. Participates in organizational and departmental committees and meetings, as appropriate. Adheres to all St. Coletta organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Assist with maintaining the Housekeeping Maintenance Work Order program Investigate complaints about service or equipment and take corrective action. Order supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties within the established budget. Inspects facilities to determine needed housekeeping services Performs all other duties as assigned Speaking of benefits, we offer:
