scale commercial construction projects. This person will hit the
ground running helping shape the direction for one of the most
well-know general contractors in southeast Wisconsin. They will be
involved with mentoring, business development, and long-term
strategy from day one among other things.Client DetailsOne of

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects with
a scope of ten million dollars or greater from start to
finish.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and
to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and
plans.
- Manage project risks and take corrective actions as
necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and
safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other
stakeholders.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and
specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to
ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and
other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior
management.
- Mentor and develop younger professionals within the team,
providing guidance and support in their career
development.ProfileWhat our client is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project
management, with a proven track record of successfully completing
large-scale construction projects of ten million dollars or greater
in scope on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and
techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients,
subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing younger
professionals.Job OfferWhat our client is offering:
- Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 per year,
depending on experience
- Bonuses are given based on performance and project success,
ranging from 15% to 35% of base salary
- Benefits include:
