Job Description:Republic Associates of WI, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance Service Team!Responsibilities:As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients. Your primary focus will be to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive business growth.

• Managing renewal timeline
• Serve as a client contact for day-to-day operations and answer client questions to improve the client experience.
• Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; developing solutions; articulating the impact of options; and making recommendations to clients across supported product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide best-in-class service to drive growth and retention.
• Manage and record all activities in the workflow system to ensure timely follow-up by clients, carriers, client team, and delivery of final policy.
• Keep abreast of changing market conditions.
• Renewing and remarketing accounts, including obtaining quotes. Reviewing quotes and proposals for accuracy and delivery to client
• Assisting producers with proposal presentation of marketing material
• Preparing Summaries of Insurance for new business proposals and renewal meetings
