The work here is interesting as projects are custom and there is always something new to work on. Employees are respected and not micromanaged. Sales are expected to double in the next five years which will create advancement opportunities.--The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:Interpreting engineering drawingsUtilizing cranes and forkliftsPerforming MIG flux core welding--The background of the successful candidate must include the following:Three years of MIG flux core welding experience (not on an assembly line)A stable work history where candidates have been at previous employers for three or more yearsA US citizen or possess a green cardA residence within 45 minutes
