What you'll do:

Travel for remote support and project work.
Become a foremost expert in the ProTraQ software suite; this includes implementation, training, and support of the software for our end-users in our manufacturing facilities
Work with various plant or corporate management to implement or modify finished goods initiatives
Install hardware and software as needed, providing training on the hardware and software as needed.

We need you to have:

A bachelors degree in a related field or a two-year associate degree in computers or related field, plus 2 years of relevant support experience
Experience providing training to end-users
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Windows operating system, and basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting
Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time, both domestically and internationally, and be able to obtain a US Passport
Capacity to stay overnight, up to 7 consecutive nights, when traveling out of town, possibly longer for international travel
