A very reputable community bank in Southeastern, Wisconsin, is looking to build onto their lending family. - The head of Commercial Lending is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, well-networked experienced Commercial Lender to cover Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. - A competitive compensation package, plus a top tier bonus structure, will be offered to the right candidate. - -Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

• Grow, develop, and manage a strong portfolio
  • Will be able to do CRE, C&I, and SBA credits
  • Dedicated community involvement
    • Networking events
    • Local Chambers and other professional organizations
    • Increase market presence
    • Provide a great customer experienceQualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
      • 5 years of direct commercial lending experience
      • Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
      • Experience in generating new business
      • Proven record of strong customer assistance
