Learning Experience Designer IILocation: This role requires
associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering
collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to

The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for analyzing,
designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated
learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.How you
will make an impact:
- Collaborates with business partners on expected business
outcomes.
- Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective
learning solutions.
- Collaborates with technology consultants, technologists, and
other project manager team members on the design, development,
implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Uses all approved processes, tools, and templates to standard
for development and reporting.
- Actively maintains all content.
- Participates in the quality review process.
- Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development
sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to
enhance knowledge and skill.Minimum Requirements
- Requires BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 2 years
training and development experience; or any combination of
education and experience which would provide an equivalent
background.Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Preferred experience in technical or business writing,
instructional design, editing, and graphic design, along with
project management in a call center or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia,
Adobe Premiere Pro, and adult learning principles are strongly
preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the
below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is
$67,368 to $105,864.Locations: Illinois, New YorkIn addition to
your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a

specific position is based on a number of legitimate,
