Valkyrie Enterprise Job Opportunity: Navy Intelligence
Specialists
Valkyrie Enterprise is seeking multiple Navy Intelligence
Specialists with expertise in operational and tactical war domains,
including Surface, Air, Undersea, Cyber, Missiles (TBM/SAM),
Unmanned systems, and C4ISR/Electronic Warfare. These roles are to
be filled as Military Operations Analysts.
The successful candidates will be part of the Navy Warfare
Development Center (NWDC) N2 Information Warfare Directorate in
Norfolk, VA.
Job Description
- Serve as an adversary subject matter expert.
- Lead fleet staff war games and deliver briefings to senior
leaders. Conduct qualitative research and analysis for war games,
exercises, experiments, and other NWDC-managed activities.
- Develop and execute war games utilizing intelligence
assessments, briefings, operational reports, and databases.
Leverage classified and unclassified sources to accurately
represent adversary and allied capabilities, weapon systems,
doctrines, and tactics.
- Coordinate with external organizations to produce timely and
accurate products supporting war games, exercises, and
experiments.
- Create scenario materials such as intelligence reports,
messaging, assessments, handbooks, and primers for operational and
tactical scenarios.
- Provide operational planning and tactical intelligence support
to exercise control groups for Fleet 360, Strike Group 360, and
related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 7
years with a Master's, 4 years with a PhD or JD, or 13 years with a
High School diploma or equivalent. Educational requirements may be
adjusted based on experience.
- Fleet operational, planning, and exercise experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced skills in writing and
briefing; ability to produce reports for senior officers and
civilians.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a director in Maritime Operations Center (MOC-D),
Battle Watch Captain, or in operations planning roles.
- Experience as an adversary force during war games or
exercises.
- Experience collaborating with government agencies, intelligence
organizations, or NATO.
- Public speaking and briefing senior leaders.
- Experience with JSAF/JTLS modeling and simulation.
Security and Travel Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
with SCI access.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% as required.
- Must have or be able to obtain necessary identification
credentials, such as REAL ID.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in office, industrial, or shipboard
environments.
- Capability to lift and move materials within safety
guidelines.
- Ability to perform site surveys and carry a laptop.
