Job Description:
Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an
EXPERIENCED dispatcher to join our team. Job duties include taking
incoming customer calls, scheduling, managing daily schedules of
staff, and dispatching technicians to calls. - Dispatch - dispatch
all appointments to technicians, make sure technicians are staying
on schedule, handle all scheduling conflicts that may arise, and
provide office support for technicians. This job requires excellent
communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to
multi-task. Candidates must have a geographical knowledge of
Southeastern Wisconsin or map reading skills. Knowledge of HVAC
industry is recommended but not required. High school diploma or
general education degree (GED), computer skills, and two years
related experience and/or training in customer service,
dispatching, or equivalent combination of education and experience
is required.
